In addition to providing some of the region's best grocery and produce on the shelves, our Deli offers a diverse selection of lunch and dinner options including sandwiches, pizzas, salads and soups, all of which are made fresh, in-house every day. The menu is designed to showcase the bounty of our region, and changes with the seasons to highlight the very best of what's coming off the fields. On the weekends, we also offer brunch from 10 until 2pm.
All of our meats come from local farms – and by local, we mean within our watershed. Our ranchers treat their land and their animals with respect. We do all of our roasting, smoking and curing in house. Every sandwich is stacked with a hefty 1/3 pound of locally sourced, sustainably raised, thoughtfully prepared meat.
Our signature sandwich menu boasts a wide variety of options for every palate, ranging from a classic like the Club Local to the more adventurous Billy's Bison.
Our signature pizza menu includes staples and seasonally rotating pizzas. All of our pizzas are 12" and are available made to order by the pie or by the slice during lunch and dinner service.
Available all day is a daily selection of house-made soups, paninis, local cheese or charcuterie plates, and soft pretzels are available after 3:30pm.
We make all of our salads fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients. You can purchase salads by the pound or opt for one of our $10 Deli Combos at any hour of the day. In the evenings we offer roasted chickens, perfect to pick up for dinner with the family or to enjoy in the market with a local beer!
We offer a cooked-to-order brunch every Saturday and Sunday, 10am-2pm. Our menu is crafted by our Chef to showcase our locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, and feature cage-free eggs and a vegetarian option every week.
